Please ensure you check the condition of the item prior to sending it to us.
Any bad damage will be noted on receipt and recorded before work starts.

Always include concise instructions and any special requests with the items.
If we are unsure, we will always call you to make sure what you want is
absolutely clear to us before we start work.

Include your full address with postcode and an email address (if you have one)
and contact number please.

Be aware that a telephone estimate on an unseen item will be just that, an
estimate. A firm price will be confirmed with you once we see the item but if
the description you give is accurate, there should be no difference in cost.

Please ensure all the items you are sending are packaged properly. Not wishing
to teach granny to suck eggs but don’t put a delicate item in a plain envelope –
use a padded one or even a small box with plenty of padding. Ensure all
valuable items are sent recorded or special delivery with insurance too. We
will always return the item to you using the best possible packaging and also
via insured, recorded or special delivery.
