clutch (comp), Piper iBRI race cam, spider drive 7 lobe oil pump,
lightened steel duplex timing gear set, Richard Longman sprite MK4
head, 1½” SU c8rbs, long branch manifold and free—flow exhaust,
'S' remote, ‘S radiator, 3 syncro ‘5’ box.

1071 ~S engine and gearbox bought for £400 off Rod Shackleton,
Body; Full rally dash, Corbeau GT4. seats, New front wing, Alloy
Cosmic MKII wheels, twin tank conversion, full harness belts, full
S’ brakes and exhaust system. What more can I say! 1293 engine
blew when accidentally revved to 8000rpm (missed gear) but replaced
and sold with the 1071 ‘S’ in place. Must have been the quickest
Mini around!
